Once your discovery meeting has been scheduled, we will talk through your project, your expectations, ideas, availability & your budget. This is where we create the blueprint for exactly what you’re looking for & build you a personalized proposal made exclusively for you. To keep all of your information safe & secure, your proposal is password protected.

Once you review, approve & sign our proposal, your project is officially locked into our schedule. If your project includes original design work, we’ll begin creating concepts for you immediately for you to review and approve before production begins. For large or rush-order projects, a deposit may be required.

This is where the fun begins. Whether we’re painting a mural, restoring an antique, or creating you a custom piece, we’ll bring your project to life while keeping you updated along the way with progress photos and videos, if desired. Once complete, your finished work is then sealed, installed, hand delivered, or shipped directly to you along with a thank you packet that includes: care instructions, social media approvals & warranty/routine maintenance information.
